Hi, sorry if this is not the correct section, I am very new! 

After some years I recently started a new career in FM 2011 in Italy. My team now has 20 in youth academy, but the regens have poor stats, even in the other top teams. 

Almost every regen I the other countries has generally poor potential (low PA) except ones from Brazil. I read that there is a value for every country for that, and Brazil has the higher. 

But where can I modify this value? I can't find some "youth intake" or similar in FMRTE or in the game editor tool. 

Can someone help me please?
