i met this issue both on FM20 and FM21 with the fmrte.

 

i import the player.xml and apply to a new-gen player, the CA and the ability is normal and the same with the file, but the all ability will increase 1 after several weeks or a month.

 

and in-game-editor shows the RCA is increased...but almost no change on CA..

 

Very strange... could you help me? Thanks!

 

The Game recalculate CA and tell it in "Recommended Current Ability" , based on Attributes first. You should wait a bit, Attribute will automatically decrease to match the CA of 157 &  Attributes cost different CA based on players position. for example Concentration may cost 3 points for CB and cost 0 CA points for CF. Every preset is different based on position.  This is my guess on this.
