Can someone help me get my away and third kits showing in 3D?

Hi, I had some custom 3D kits made, of which the away and third never get used. In the pre game editor under kit selection it says my away and third will be used, but the home kit gets used every match. I've changed kit colours on FMRTE but to no avail. Can someone guide me on what I can try with foreground/background colours to get them to show? Thanks
