Can I edit staff's birthplace?

I can edit player's birthplace, but can't edit staff's birthplace..

 

I asked the same question in the fm20 version.

Is it impossible to add this? or under developing?

 

I'm sorry if you feels unpleasant my question was offensive. Because my English so poor.
