The actions being taken by the new club owner after a takeover have been discussed at the SI boards. It needs to be addressed, as the transfers by the chairman are not in your control and makes no sense at all from a team needs standpoint and also financially. 

 

Looking at the club chairman attributes ratings with FMRTE, I'm wondering what changing the "interference" setting will do. Does a LOW default setting means the chairman has a "hands off" approach or does it mean the opposite?

And is there ANY way to stop impending future transfers by the chairman from happening using FMRTE?
