No way to change transfer value on FMRTE 19

The mac version of FMRTE 19 does not have a way to change the transfer value. When I used to play on windows, a tab showed up in the left side menu of the player after a transfer bid was accepted. However, this does not happen on the mac version. Is this a bug or is there another way to the change the value of current transfer (not future transfers)?
