What bugs/issues did you encounter: 

What is your FM version: 19.3.6

What is your FMRTE version: 19

Which operating system are you using: macOS Catalina 10.15

Since upgrading to macOS Catalina, FMRTE still loads but things like Heal, remove team bans no longer work. When you press on these nothing happens.  FMRTE also randomly crashes, which has never done this before.

 

There may be other things that don't work but have not encountered. 

 

I suspect it's to do with macOS Catalina.

 

Any body else having issues?

I am also having this issue since updating to macOS Catalina. FMRTE crashes about 5 seconds after I make any changes.

A fix for Catalina should be available soon

A new version (build 50) is now available, this version should be compatible with macOS Catalina.

Please update, and let me know if it fixed the crash

Its not working.

I have rolled back to Mojave. Catalina is a horrible OS

Go to System Preferences and under the general tab you should see an option to allow you to open the program anyway - do that and it'll run

Unfortunately, macOs Catalina introduced some changes that make it more difficult to run apps downloaded from the web.

 

Anyway, I've done some changes suggested by Apple, so @gkarl try to remove completely FMRTE 19 from your Mac, then re-download it and try again.

 

If it doesn't work, try @sjb1 solution.
