Fmrte 19 not working

I hadn't played fm 19 for about 3 weeks so when I opened it to play I tried using my fmrte and they told me that my license was too old so I got another one and they said to update  my software I did that but it kept telling me the same thing. I then uninstalled fmrte and reinstalled it back now its not opening anymore please help
