What is your FM version: 19.3.4

What is your FMRTE version: 19

Which operating system are you using: Windos 10

It seems that when i tried to activate my key online , it'll just stuck as shown there.

 

When i tried offline activation via the website by generating the file , as shown there.

 

I need help ASAP.
