Future Transfer Information Incorrect

"Future transfer" cannot retrieve correct information/data for the players I sold to other clubs.

"To Club" and "Transfer Fees" are usually incorrect.

It had the same bug back in iFMRTE15 but it usually resolves itself after reloading the game but in the latest version this trick doesn't work.
