How can I modify "Wonderkid Generator" CA/PA?

For instance we can lower the % allocated to their atributes, but I only have miserable wonderkids with huge CA's (For instance a Wonderking full of 1-2 points on each atribute, yet he has a CA over 150. How can I modify his CA to something below 100?
