Empty Favourites list?

Hi,

This is a problem that I've come across over several editions of FMRTE. After about 5 or so seasons (I can't say I've ever accurately tracked how long it takes) I lose the ability to use the "Favorites" dropdown menu in the top bar. The attached image shows what I mean.

Another problem with this is that I (my manager in the game) don't have a profile on FMRTE, so I can't change my relations with anyone, nor can I search for myself on other people's relations (agents, other players etc).

I tried looking around here to see if anyone else had the same problem but I haven't seen anyone yet. Any help is much appreciated. :)
