Cant adjust attendance

Hello.

I am having problems, I hope i can get help with.

I cant adjust the attendance - minimum and average attendance count on FMRTE.

 

In previously versions of FMRTE, you were able to do so.

Why cant i change this?

 

Hope i get help asap.
