Present Manager: Character values + automatic values

I am able to create a lot of presets, but I am struggling with the character values and with logic programming.

1) Problem with character values: if I want to change the Stadium.State, in the team value I can find the Stadium.State, but which value should I give for instance Very Good. Simular for PitchType, which value for Grass?

2) I want to make a preset that directly defines the PA as the CA + 1. Is there a way to put this into the present manager, and if so, how?
