Hey,

 

I'm trying to get a tactic to fluid, as it's been awkward for what feels like forever. Every time I set it to all 100, nothing works, I've ran as an administrator and everything. I just want this one tactic to fluid, is there anyway around it?

    I have the same problem in my game. All in 100 but tactic not fluid. What is the problem ?
