Can't Access Windows 7 Task Manager during a game

When I want to access FMRTE during a game of FM2015, I press Contol/Alt/Delete and the Task Manager option appears. When I click on it the current FM2015 display returns and so I can't get into FMRTE.  I would appreciate advice on overcoming this please.

    I've now found that whilst Control/Shift/Delete works on everything else, if I press Control/Shift/Esc in my game, it works !
