Can't open FMRTE 15

I used fmrte 15 on my windows 8.1 like 4 days ago , after i reinstalled it with drivers , net framework etc and includinf fm 15 i had the unpleasent surprize to see that after i installed fmrte 15 it's not actually starting....

I tryed running with admin + windows xp -sp2,3 , windows vista , windows 7 and 8 ofc and i get the same errror...i may have gotten wrong somewhere....I AM DESPERATLY LOOKING FOR SOME AID SO PLASE HELP ME!
