This year FMRTE have some problems, infact for remove the happines you can use the button to increase the happines for all the teams. There aren't possibility to modify happines for single player.

We will try to fix this and some other minor issues as soon as possible..

 

I planed to do that yesterday, but our server has crashed so I didn't have time to fix this..

Has this been implemented yet? 

Something new? I really need the tool to make the team happy again, because I got fired after the next match each time I load the game.

As a quick resolution, you might want to switch the reason for the unhappiness to something you can fix pretty easily, i.e. change the reason to 'wants more first team action'.   

 

Sometimes, the game works in mysterious ways....
