Fm 2012 editor problem

To all of you fm fans hello ,

i dont know where exactly to post my question so forgive me for my ignorance but i wiil do it here , as i have posted before elsewhere and i am still seeking for an answer.

As i searched trough the internet i was amazed by the san marino challenge and decided to take a shot at it at fm2012.

I created a database for san marino custom with the clubs set to semi pro , with the championship including all 15 teams , without its real form of groups divided.

Nevertheless my problem is this and i am just busting my head to understand what on earth is going on.

I edited and created the san marino dbc through the editor data of the game , not fmrte.

When you edit-add a nations rules , as you edit the competitions dow below there is a reserve-youth team option greyed out.

So in order for the reserve and youth leagues to be available as in any other competition on earth  ,so that there can be the youngsters competing and a proper nation development , i checked on the greyed out option and added u21 and u19 b teams choosing them from the main division teams with time of match game 1500 and the u21 on monday and u19 on friday , with the main league played on sunday.

At this particular point i must stress out that i acted accordingly in other nation databases creation such as luxembourg , lithuania , malta , with the same b teams format , match time , day and main division teams to be created from ,

In all these three the reserve league was available and active playing throughout the game with their own youth teams of the main division teams , dates , time.And at the start of the game you could click on the u21 team for example of fbk kaunas and see their upcoming fixtures in the u21 league.

Neverthelless this is the huge paradox and frustating of the story , by doing the same in editor data for san marino , despite that the teams are available there is no no league active. i mean w t f

 Couple months maybe a year a go a great guy greyfox helped me out so kindly and purely with my matter and i most thank him from the depth of my hearts with forever gratitude and obligation.

Despite though his great help the dbc didnt change at all  ,even when i procided in order to test if the reserve league activates in some point at the game(which didnt happen), when i started a new game.

Could it be some bug of the nation

??

Im going crazy to figure out what is going on and resolve it.
