FMRTE Version 13 - Not finding kits to edit

Hey ho

 

I'm still playing FM13 and I need to edit kits.  On all teams it's fine.

 

Just taken over a new team and FMRTE only shows the Home Shirt and Away Text.

 

Has anyone come across this and found a way around it.

 

If not, do more up to date versions work with FM13.
