Cannot purchase FMRTE 12 license- asks for me to login when I have already logged in!

Someone please tell me what is wrong with this forum- I go to the purchase FMRTE12, then  it asks me to login when I am already logged, hen I put my details in, and it doesn't recognise them, this is stupid, please can one of the admins sort this out or reply to my email! How can it be so stupidly designed that it does that?
