Transfer Fee Percentages Not Working?.

Perhaps it is just not able to be edited as I had the same problem previously in FMRTE 13 but every time I change the transfer fee percentage I am allowed to keep from the set 30% to 70% it doesn't work. It remembers while I have the FMRTE editor and FM14 game open but after I have exited both and eg I play the next day I find that the % has reverted to 30% again. I have had no problems with other editings I have done to my players, tactics etc just this with the transfer fee %. Is this a bug or does anyone know a workround. I did a search of this forum first but got no results.
