FMRTE Preset Manager Question

Good evening all

 

I have been playing with the FMRTE preset manager and was wondering if there is a list of all possible commands for this tool? I am trying to make a 'contract expiry' preset that when activated will expire all selected players contracts. The 'attribute' selected is Contract.ContractExpiry, but I am unsure what to put in the 'value' box to tell the program that I want the current ingame date. Any help would be appreciated.
