Future Transfers Not Going Through

Having problems getting future transfers to go through using the editor.

 

I'm trying to bring Vela to my team and have changed his transfer and contract start date to the exact same days. In my transfer centre it says he's going to join, and it also says so on the calander, but he never does.

 

Any ideas?
