Swap Staff Problem

I used swap staff members feature but in the staff member assignments, i see my old staff members/ I cant assign training roles to the new staff I have.

 

Also, reserve team and u18 team managers were swapped but I still see my old managers in those positions and the people I took from Man Utd got fired by ManU and are free agents now. When they got fired (news came to my inbox), they also disappeared from my staff.

 

Is there a fix for this?
