So I created a whole new team via the pre-game editor and that means team cohesion is at 'abysmal' in game, but whenever I select the increase team cohesion option, it stays the same. Any fixes? I've also tried using inspire, but that only is for morale

Can you confirm that you saved and then clicked continue and rechecked?

Yes, multiple times but it didn't work

Edit: I just tried it one of my regular saves and it worked fine, but in this custom save it doesn't work.

Edit 2: I tried it after vacationing some days, it works but it didn't go nearly full bar like my other save, it went halfway

It must be something with the custom database I would imagine. Best thing to do is to log it as a bug through here; https://www.fmrte.com/bug-tracker/fmrte/windows/ so that the Dev can examine it when he got time.
