I give all my players nicknames, so I can easily tell which youth intake my players came from. As you can imagine, the lack of a nickname column makes it extremely difficult to use FMRTE.

 

It would be great if this could be added (seems like a relatively straightforward thing to add! Though maybe famous last words haha)
