Hi there,

First off, thank you for this free feature it awesome and so easy when compared to the other installer option that requires filters and all kinds of annoying setup.

I am currently experiencing an issue that I seem to have created myself and I hope you guys can assist:

I play FM24 on 2 PCs, my desktop and my laptop. I installed a facepack on both and it worked perfect. The problem is that it randomly allocates faces so my team on each PC has different faces. To fix this I tried a shortcut and copied the mapping xml file across a from my desktop to my laptop. Unfortunately this didn't work. I thought this is not a problem, I will let the game create the faces again then manually edit the XML file on my laptop to match up the players in my team to the correct faces I have on my desktop. The problem is that after i messed with this file, the game no longer has any faces in it. It did not revert back to the default cartoon faces, it is just blank. I can hover over the blank space and it shows the name like normal. I have cleared the cache and reloaded the skin, I even closed the game and reopened it but the faces are still blank.

I have deleted the facepack and XML file and let FMRTE run it again from scratch but keeps giving me blank faces. I deleted the graphics folder created a new one, put the facepack in it again with no XML file, ran the installer again and still have blank faces.

Can you guys please help me troubleshoot what the problem is? As stated, I just want it to run and assign any faces then I will manually edit the XML file to match to my other PC.

Thank you,
