FM24 Request for option to edit staff clauses

I have my chairman renew staff contracts. The game does that very well, and the same with replacing with better staff.

 

However, one aspect I cannot edit, as we can for players, is an option to edit contract clauses for staff members as well.

 

An example image of this showing clauses in game compared to options available to edit where I would want to remove those clauses,...
