"Search filter" button is not responding

After last update "Search filter" button is not responding.
No reaction at all, click and nothing happen. 
Also fmrte is crashing in player profile - positions.

Any idea whats going on? AVG antivir maybe? - added exclusions, with protection OFF same...
I think it can be last win10 update (optional)
No idea what to do now...
Is it possible to download previous fmrte version?

 

p.s. no problems at all with previous versions on same system, same PC

FMRTE build 29 (today update didnt fix the problem)
Run as administrator - YES
FM version - 21.3.0 (steam)
Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6 - installed
system - Windows 10 Pro (20H2)
Newest all drivers.

    BraCa Im premium member since 2013 and believe me game was loaded in FMRTE ;)
    On screenshot maybe it isnt as I just want to show what button cause the problem.
    How can I screenshot this problem anyway ;)
    I can type player name and check his stats, I can destroy team etc etc...
    I cant use Search button option because button is not responding (there is small animation after click but nothing happen).

    OK on FM 21.4.0 and FMRTE build 30 problem the same.
    Buttons Search filter & Mass edit not responding.
    App crashed on club screen / Tactics tab.

    Just to let you know that after today Win 10 update (KB5001391) problem gone.
    Everything works now correctly :)
    I think it might be this:
    "    We fixed an issue that includes kernel mode rules for .NET applications in Windows Defender Application Control policies. As a result, the generated policies are significantly larger than necessary."
