FMRTE was unable to find Football Manager 2020 running

My FM 20 game crashed.  I opened up a backup of the game and continued forward. After that , FMRTE 20 does not recognize game. I have saved and opened a saved game again, same result. I am running FMRTE as admin. Windows 10.

    I have loaded my old games and even created a new saved game. FMRTE 20 can not recognize any of them. I am running FM20 Touch through steam...
