Can't edit finances

I just bought FMRTE21 and I have the latest version of FM21. I can't edit finances. As you can see in the pictures, there is no tab for finances. Can you help?

    Hi,

     

    Some clubs finances might not be editable (for ex, if the club is not in a playable league).

     

    If this is not the case, please attach here the error.log file, and if possible upload the savegame (to dropbox or similar) so that I can try to replicate the issue.
