Tactic Familiarity and team cohesion?

Hello. I dont have FMRTE yet, was using the in-game editor in previous FMs but for 2022 I am thinking to buy FMRTE instead (for Destroy team option mainly..). I wonder if it has a way to increase tactic familiarity and team cohesion. Thanks

    With the editor you can make your players know the tactics 100% and put them in the best possible condition for matches
