Changing a Nation's continent not working?

I'm trying to change a nations continent from Asia to Europe but it just directly switches back to Asia when re-opening that nation. How do I change it to Europe for good?

I have been able to reproduce this and I am running app as suggested so report as a bug you can copy you can copy and paste your above info and link this thread in bug report so Devs can see I have the same issue cheers
