What is your FM version: 19

What is your FMRTE version: 19

Which operating system are you using: Windows

When i open the install app it crashes and my laptop freezes.  everything up to date and older version is fine, any ideas?

    Sorry it never gave me any error I done a windows troubleshoot and that seemed to fix it.
