What is your FM version: FM 2017

What is your FMRTE version: 17

Which operating system are you using: Windows 7

I can't open the FMRTE even I try to run as administrator

i can play FM2017 as normal

i can't solve this please help

Do you have .NET Framework 4.6 installed?

Do you see the FMRTE Window, or it doesn't even start?

.NET Framework 4.7.1 has been installed

The window came up and the crash show every time

Can you please zip your FMRTE folder, and send it to me?

Also, please open your Windows Event Viewer (type 'Event Viewer' in the start menu) and see if you find the error in your Application tab, if so, please provide us that information.
