Retiring a player _asap?
First of all: Is there a way around to create a retirement in FMRTE for a player?
I only see the Info tab for players that allready decided their retirement. I'm interested in making a normal retirement, (not in an age-changing.)
The retirement has to be pretty asap, so changing retiment date in FMRTE as posible, is necesary.

ive found with senior players if their contract is nearing the end(if not edit it)
have a chat
use interaction-advice-future staff role
tell them you see them as good coach in future it seems to generate a response a day or 2 later where they will announce they will retire from playing and want a coaching job
you can offer a player coach/coach job then if you wish
