Loading FMRTE in Scout mode

I've recently started a new game, where I've used FMRTE for the first half of the first season.

 

It worked as it should and I could heal player, remove bans and get their motivation up. Recently I started to discover some problems. For instance, I was listed as "free player" instead of the manager of Portsmouth and so were my players. I thought I just had to update the game and FMRTE so I did. When I updated it it also corrected it, but another problem occurred. Now, FMRTE takes a long time to load and it thinks that the game is a Football Manager Classic game instead of a normal game, that it is. 

 

Have some of you experienced this aswell? 

 

I hope you guys can fix this in a future update.

 

Both the game and FMRTE are up to date.
