Game Crash After Editing 'Homegrown Status'

When editing my players "Formed at Club" homegrown status, I can change to whatever I wish, save it, but then when i go back to the game, whenever I click 'Squad' or have to go to my squad, the game crashes instantly.

 

Presume its a FMRTE bug as it doesn't happen when I dont edit HG status
