Can't find me as a manager

Loaded up 7 or 8 different new games and old saves. Each time finds a different manager, more often that not it finds Sebastien Le Paih.

 

I've tried deleting the game and IFMRTE, tried playing on a few days, saving and reloading - nothing works.

 

If I can't get it to work, how do I go about getting a refund?
