    anything over 12k in condition will have the injury sign in matches until they get below that number. if you add it to AI like you did, AI will subbed them out in the first half

    There's a much easier way: just open your current stadium - reduce its capacity to some low numbers and set the same number for expansion capacity (in order to remove the option of expending the current stadium). The board will agree to build a new one (if the finances are ok, of course)
