So I'm using FMRTE to edit my FM2015 save so that Spain treated Indonesia as EU nation instead of Turkey. But afterward, I found out that Instead all agreement in Spain page changed to Cotonou, including EU and European Economic Area. So I tried to change the agreement to Cotonou-EU-EU Economic as seen below, and save. Yet in the game Spain still considered non-EU, in their page, the "Agreements" part still state "None".
