Make teams more ambitious

Hi,

I've managed to amend the prize money for Scottish, Irish and Northern Irish teams to make them a bit more competitive ( Couple of million rather than couple of 100k for winning the Northern Irish Prem) But they still just buy players of a similar level even though they now have transfer budgets 10x what they did before, Is there any way of making them go after players more suited to their new budgets?

Cheers

also the league rep as players wont want to join if the league is low😉 also improve coaching etc etc

and the main stumbling block could be the club vision feature added by SI as there have been many complaints that this has seen boards stopping you/clubs sign players even if you have the money, this feature can only be edited pre game
