[19] - FMRTE19 not starting up

Question

What bugs/issues did you encounter:

What is your FM version: 19.3.5

What is your FMRTE version: 19

Which operating system are you using: Windows 10 Pro 64bit version 1903

What bugs/issues did you encounter:  fmrte not starting up

What is your FM version: 2019

What is your FMRTE version: 19

Which operating system are you using: windows 10 Pro v.1903

After a recent Windows update on the 7th of August, fmrte doesn't work anymore. Or it doesn't start right, it was working fine with the latest version of FM 2019. Both the Steam and Xbox Game Pass on PC before that.

No error, I get a Windows UAC prompt like always and after that nothing happens. I look at Windows Task manager and the fmrte.exe file is not even running. I have tried to repair/update my .Net files but they just say that they are the newest version available or version 4.7.2.

Yes I am.

I managed to fix this by upgrading to a new insider version of Windows and then back to the normal one. It seemed to fix the .net problem that the Windows update made to it. After that Fmrte works again :)
