I want to ask you if it's really necessary/compulsory to have 'freeze players when fmrte starts' ticked @ all times? I leave the application open all the time and I always untick this option...

Yes it is.  You do not have your computer on at all times.  You sleep, go out, do other chores besides sit down and play FM all day.

Hey,

when I freeze a player and save the games a couple of days (ingame) later and turn off my pc and turn it on again, the player isn't freezed anymore according to fmrte.
I have to freeze and save every time I start the game and fmrte, is that normal?

I start fmrte as admin of course, I'm used to the player I freeze stays freeze, even if I restart my computer etc.
What am I doing wrong?

You must have FMRTE running (with your game data loaded) for players to be freezed.

If after restart FMRTE (and loading your game) your players are no longer freezed, then submit a bug (https://www.fmrte.com/forums/forum/15-bug-tracker/) so that we can take a look at it

Not sure if this is a bug or not, so I'm posting here to see if anyone else is encountering this problem. When I try to change team status to something else and press save, it always resets it to the previous team status.

You need to run FMRTE as Administrator right click on the FMRTE icon and select "Run as Administrator" this should fix your problem :)
