I too understand your frustration but as stated in the forum rules, license issues can only be reported through your client area.  The reason for this is that personal information is attached to your license i.e. names, addresses, phone numbers, DOB, etc.

 

Only the administrators have access to this information (not the moderators) and concurrently, only the administrators can fix your license issues.
