Freeze manager bug

1What bugs/issues did you encounter:  the stats of the players drop in spite of freeze manager

2What is your FM version:  2017 v17.1.2.f90305

3What is your FMRTE version:  17.2.1.14 --> (Before i tried made it work with the same version than the game...and did not work)

4How big is your database size: Datebase Large; but i tried another league with others datebase and did not work too

5Which editor data files are you using, if any: 

6Which operating system are you using:  Windows 10 64 bits

7What changes have you done to your save, if any: none

8Are you using any like-for-like software alongside FMRTE?: no

9Attach any FMRTE error logs: no error logs

10Attach any FM error logs: none

11Attach both of your before and after issue save files:

12State the anti-virus software used at the time: Just Windows Defender and i disabled it

13Do you have anything else to add? Option freeze on start is tiked; Players are on freeze manager; I run fmrte in administrator mode,I tried to combine option option freeze on start tiked but players out of freeze manager and reversed

can you please complete the OP template some questions were left blank

Q5, Q7 to Q11

just add- yes-  no- none- n/a -etc as appropriate

and can you load your save game when this happened pls if you have a save pre the problem that would be great too

once done that read my next post

To help with  your issue can you try the tips outlined here as these help resolve many issues.

After trying them can you please report back and post in your thread if any point helped with your problem.

If none of these tips helped copy the tips 1-9 template below and paste in your thread with a yes/no answer  as soon as possible.

Tips to try to resolve possible bugs

1.Run as administrator- to do this right click on the app and select RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR

2.Download the current version/s-

 FMRTE 17 for Windows 17.2.1.14 

 iFMRTE 17 for macOs 17.2.1.14

3.Reboot your system

4.Debug mode-  Open FMRTE Go to FMRTE Settings and enable 'DEBUGMode'

5.Clear cache- via your user AppData in Windows C:\Users\HEREYOUR USER DETAILS HERE \AppData\Roaming    and find FMRTE file.

6.Fresh install of fmrte 

7.Clear cache FM17(version being used)-

8.Verify game integrity FM17(version being used

Restart your computer and launch Steam.

From the Library section, right-click on the game and select Properties from the menu.

Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game files... button.

Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes.

9.Fresh install FM17(version being used)

 

NB clearing the cache can result in your preferences being reset to default so back up those settings prior to trying this. Also make a note of your FMRTE license(details can be found in your client area) should you have to enter it again.

I am thankful but i am so close to giving up :D. Last idea to add: i am trying to test freeze manager with holidays for several months...and then i check if freeze is working or not. Do you think this is affecting??
