Note that Marituas is used as the country for this setup, so if you intend to make that country playable, this file cannot be used.

Please note that this file is incompatible with any other Custom Start file and should not be shared on other platforms/websites.

Click Download, then choose the file corresponding to the day you want to begin your game.

There is a bug in the game that when using custom start dates transfer budgets do not get increased in the first transfer window read from this post here for details.

Make sure you are downloading the correct file/s there are 2 options

one for the 24.0 Default DB and one for the 24.3 DB

There will be no files for 24/25 season due to the cancellation of FM25.

The 25/26 season fixtures will be looked at once the FM26 Editor is released and depending if it is even  possible to do.

We wont know until there is access to  FM26 as SI are changing many things, and if I have the time to do it, or want to continue this.

Limitations

[1]NB Leagues that have a split set up [EG-Wales JD Premier League half way through season it splits to a top 6/bottom 6 only playing each other] might be impossible to replicate as it can be layers within layers of hidden rules that you cant access and even when you can the game refuses to accept the fixtures for the 'split'.

Read the below quote from SI-

[2]Add cup results- you cannot add results for any cup competitions domestic/continental including play off games

[3]Most of the 'major' leagues have seasons that run over 2 years eg-starting in 2023 finishing in 2024 which causes no issues.

But some leagues  run over one year only from roughly April  to December

[Norway,Sweden,Brazil,Argentina,USA,Mexico,Belarus] and so it will only be possible to have fixtures/results for the first season namely 2023.

So these results will stop when that  2023 season finishes

The game reads this as the season is completed and so does our system here.

It will not be possible to have the fixtures/results for those leagues starting their 2024 season in say April 2024 as it causes  conflicts and there is no fix for this.

Those will be added once The FM25 editor is released and if it is possible.

NB 24.3 Update .level 6 England bugged in pre game editor [so file will be level 5]

I have used Marituas as the country to set this up and so if you do want to use that country to be playable you cannot use this file 

I use this to check files I am creating to see if they are stable and work well several years in advance without the need to sim/holiday the game for many years which depending on your system/nations loaded can take hours/days!

So you could start a season up to 10 years ahead using this, without having to Sim/holiday  from the 22/23 season yourself in holiday mode.The start date will be early June from 2022-2032, you pick your start up from the drop down list,

The game will sim  Promotions and relegations  still taking place.

The known drawbacks if you started in say 2026 the game would be slower on its initial first start up, but only a couple of minutes more, after this it would be as normal;

there is no transfer activity you would have the same squads as per 22/23 season including the same managers,[unless you have a Mod with the up to date transfers added] but once you start playing transfer activity will start again as normal.

also player stats would look as though it had been one long season in player history [as said I use this to test files only ]

This cannot be used with any other custom start file and is not to be posted on any other sites I am sharing this with the FMRTE community only.

NB-There will be no more Custom start files until FM26 + Pre game Editor is released [even then it may not be possible to do this depending on how the editor/game is functioning and if I have the time to do it]

with my files you now have the option to start in any month from 2023-2033 so you have the option to start in any month in a ten year period

Due to constraints with the pre game editor the updates so far have to pretend the 23/24 season is the 24/25 season

EG The data updates set transfers for 1/7/2024 to be 1/7/2023 like Mbappe

and loans like Sterling  finishing on 30/6/2024 so he wont be at Arsenal for the real 24/25 season

This allows us to use FMRTE to edit career plans of players/staff.

But the drawback is you can only edit existing career plans- so if a player has none you cannot add any.

This is one of the most important features added IMO as this determines if a player will want to leave/join certain clubs and.........

Even more importantly it influences if a player remains in the game as a non player when he hangs up his boots, which is crucial for older players coming to the end of their playing careers

With this Mod I am sharing with the community here I have added career plans to all players aged 30+ in the DB with a PA over 150 so basically all the 'top' players

There is the option to add - minus values for PA instead of fixed values eg you could try -9 instead of a fixed 180 etc etc I have added the top 3 players in the file  with -minus PA and they do work in game

With this you can see the Agreements added back in game

However this still shows under league rules and appears just some left over coding in game and has no bearing on the UK being back in the EU-waiting for SI to confirm this 

I suggest also changing the work permit section from the post Brexit rules to something like the FM21 rules

use UK  points system original where possible have a play around to fit what you want in game

so England has to again return to the European Union if you want to reverse Brexit.

so go to nations in the Database - as soon as you click nations it will load a list of countries, so either search for England or scroll down the list and click on England

Now click on Information tab- Agreements tab appears in the drop down menu-click on that

You need to click Add to get the 2 agreements back 

Then use search to select the agreements you want to add you need 2 [as image above] 

when you press Add initially it will add European Union by default

You can add the start dates if you wish as the image below shows

Build 1-So this will be a test file to see if changing these does stop Brexit and address the work permit issues.[to use with default DB only]

Open the game and start a new career

Select Database

Then a drop down menu appears of all the files in your edited data folder

make sure the file/s you want to use are checked with a tick and then you are good to go

NB delete all older versions of this file you should only have one in your editor data folder

If there is an update to the game the file may not work in the new DB read the FAQ[30] to resolve this.

I have once again altered the CARABAO CUP to match this season one match on a thurs per round i have also split the 4th round up instead of all games been played on a Tue.

All files have been tested over a full season and work as intended.

In real results there maybe the odd random result because of any games postponed in real life i keep to the original date to prevent fixture congestion and to keep it real for anyone starting a full season.

I cant do anything about games sometimes been switched because of European or Domestic cup games.

• The files to have the 5sub are not compatible, I couldn't do it on my side either, sorry. Normally the substitution rules for the championships will be taken into account in the database of the new FM by SI
• The editor can only intervene on the results of the calendar of matches, it does not take into account all that is considered a cup game (champions league, europa league, national cup, second phase of championship and playoff) and it is impossible to add player stats
• With this file, the changes for the 2022/2023 championships are unfortunately not taken into account. Like the transition to 18 clubs for Ligue 1 in France or relegation in Turkey
• I had feedback that we couldn't recruit players during the summer transfer window 2022... Don't forget to uncheck "Disable  First Window Transfer Activity" in the game setup, otherwise it's sure that you cannot transfer players
• The championships disputed over a single year doesn't work because the database has the championships for 2021 and not those of 2022 (with the accessions / relegations)
• Unfortunately the 2nd division of the Netherlands has been removed because it causes a bug which prevents the launch of the 2022/2023 season of the Dutch championships.
• For the clubs “Türkgücü München” and “Calcio Catania” I made sure that their whole match was played in such a way that it did not affect the real rankings and imposed point sanctions on them so that it be last in their championship.
• For "Extremadura UD", I followed the logic applied by the league manager, namely keeping the results of the matches played and the remaining matches will be forfeited by a 2-0 defeat, so I made sure that everything their match is played in such a way that the classification sticks to reality.

If you want to start your party earlier, it is also possible by choosing the custom start date of your choice which is in the "Old Custom Start Date" folder. You can start from Monday, September 6, 2021 until Monday, May 30, 2022.
