FMRTE Cannot Load Save Game & changes on setting not commited

cannot load game, getting message like in this screenshot. and i have notice that i change setting but seems not saving or commit. (i try to change language and debug mode) then i close setting and then open again, that setting not changes (still like before or default(

FMRTE does supports your game version (24.4.1 2064704),

The program does not load the game after the last update.
Yesterday the build 38 had started working again in the afternoon (in the morning it gave me the exact same problem). Now after this morning's update to build 39 he started having the same problem again.

How can I solve it?

I don't know too much about how the installer is assigning and choosing faces from the folder but something isn't right.
 
I just had a quick look at the Japan and China U21 squads and most of the players were Caucasian!

Korea seemed ok though.
 
Similarly I was looking at Bulgaria and some of the Yugo countries and most of their youth intake had African faces.

Players 25 or younger not showing on retirement list

Hello, i was following a player to sing him in, 25 years old, and suddenly he dissapeared, i could not find him on my first season in. He had no contract. So i thought maybe he retired, i am playing really low division. I took a look at retirement list and found out that no players 25 or younger showed there. All players under 26 years old appear blank, so thats the reason the search function cannot find them.
 
I took a look at another game i am playing, completly different game, and the same issue is there. Tonight i simulated to the future and every year is the same, no players under 26 show up there, only blank rows.
 
 
I activated the debug mode but the log file does not show anything when i try to open one of this empty rows.
 
If you need anything i am happy to make some tests.
 
Something tells me the problem is in the game, not fmrte, cause if i search in game for someone who is retiring 26 or older, he appear on the search function, but not if he is younger. 
 
 
I add this game with a not massive database that shows the problem. One more thing i have to add, i saw this guy who has the same problem and opened a bug report, i am using several database updates, they are not the same as his. I am using daveincid realism and others. I have to try with no patches and see what happens.

The Item field in the player's career plan is not changing.

Even when trying to modify the career plan of a player who already has one, the value of the Item field does not change. Whether modifying an existing career plan or creating a new one, when selecting one of the Item Types—Club, Continent, Nation, or Competition—and inputting a value in the corresponding Club, Continent, Nation, or Competition field, the Item field in the Career Plans remains blank.
 
1. Select a player from FMRTE24.
2. Go to the Career Plans tab.
3. Modify career plan in options.
4. The Item field is not modified.
 
For example, even when trying to change the value of "England" to "Saudi Arabia" in Thomas Müller's career plan, the Item field changes to blank.
