Even when trying to modify the career plan of a player who already has one, the value of the Item field does not change. Whether modifying an existing career plan or creating a new one, when selecting one of the Item Types—Club, Continent, Nation, or Competition—and inputting a value in the corresponding Club, Continent, Nation, or Competition field, the Item field in the Career Plans remains blank.   1.
